Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sound therapy sessions are considered services related to leisure and wellbeing, provided on a specific date and time.
For this reason, once the service has been fully delivered, it is not eligible for a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are:

• Provided on a specific date or within a specific time period

• Fully performed with the client’s prior consent

By booking a session, the client expressly agrees to the scheduled date and time and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived once the session has taken place.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
In such cases, any payment made will be:

• Fully refunded, or

• Converted into credit for a future session, upon request.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend the session (no-show), are not eligible for a refund, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for the client.

After the Session

Once a sound therapy session has been completed, no refunds can be issued, regardless of individual perception, experience, or outcome.

Group Sessions & Retreats

For group sessions and retreats, specific cancellation and refund conditions may apply.
These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and will prevail over this general policy where applicable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations (such as illness or force majeure), requests for rescheduling or refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

Data Protection (GDPR)

All personal data provided during booking or communication is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal data is used solely for:

• Managing bookings

• Providing the requested service

• Legal and administrative purposes

Clients have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.
