Sound Bath (F.A.Q.)
What are the benefits of a sound bath?
A sound bath can support stress reduction, deep relaxation, recharging, and inner balance. It does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment, but can complement them well.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Sound baths are accessible to everyone. You only need comfortable clothing and openness.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing and possibly a bottle of water. You may also bring your own blanket or pillow for extra comfort.
What might I experience during a sound bath?
Everyone’s experience is unique. Some people relax deeply, others experience inner images or sensations, and some simply enjoy resting. All experiences are valid – there is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.
Are there any contraindications?
In certain conditions (e.g. pregnancy, pacemaker, epilepsy, recent surgery), it is recommended to inform the facilitator in advance so we can check whether the session is suitable for you.
Which is better: individual, couples, or group sessions?
Each format offers a different experience. Individual sessions are more personalized, couples sessions support shared connection, and group sound baths offer a supportive community atmosphere.

How is a singing bowl massage different from a regular sound bath?
During a singing bowl massage, I place bowls corresponding to your chakras directly on your body and activate them using specialized techniques. This way, the sounds are not only heard, but also felt in your body, at a cellular level. This method creates a much more intense experience, helping to release blockages, cleanse, energize, and harmonize the chakras, while supporting your natural self-healing processes.
How intense is the experience?
The singing bowl massage provides a deeper experience than a traditional sound bath because the sounds are felt directly on your body. Many participants experience vibrations at a cellular level, making it deeply relaxing, harmonizing, and energizing.
What should I keep in mind before and after the session?
Hydration is important before and after the session: drink water, and if possible, avoid heavy meals right before. Allow yourself time to arrive and integrate the experience so the benefits can fully take effect.
